He’s the founder and CEO of Sourcefit, named one of Asia’s best companies to work for in prestigious HR Asia awards and recognized as one of Asia’s fastest growing BPO’s by the Philippine Inquirer for the past 3 consecutive years. Andy has led a wide range of BPO projects across 5 continents for some of the world’s most dynamic organizations. Andy’s career began as an award-winning Copywriter and Creative Director, driving compelling campaigns for global brands. With the rise of digital media, Andy spearheaded global technology projects, including one of the first international, mobile-first social media networks for Vodafone. Recognizing the potential of outsourcing to become the essential tool for companies looking to scale and achieve their most ambitious goals, Andy founded Sourcefit in 2009 to offer organizations both process optimization and seamless extensions of their local teams in locations with lower costs and more available talent.
